100 pieces per style and colour, cut and sewn from your pattern. The per-colour part matters: two colourways of the same t-shirt is 200 pieces, not 100, because each colour is a separate fabric batch and dye lot with its own setup cost. You can split the 100 across sizes however suits your customers. It's low enough to launch or test a design without a five-figure commitment, and we scale the same styles up to full bulk and wholesale runs in the same factory, matched to a sealed sample so quality stays consistent as volume grows.

We're a cut-and-sew knitwear factory, so our core is anything made from knitted fabric: t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, leggings, activewear, loungewear, underwear, beachwear, kids' clothing and accessories such as caps and totes. On top of the garment we handle decoration in-house — private label, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation and custom dyeing — which means one partner rather than a factory plus a separate print shop. One honest limit: flat-knit sweaters and cardigans (knitted from yarn on knitting machines rather than cut from knitted fabric) are handled on a limited basis through vetted partner units, not our own floor. Yes. We hold GOTS certification under certificate RSC 9687, verifiable on the public database at global-standard.org, and GOTS-certified organic cotton is available across most of our knitwear lines with documentation you can show buyers and retailers. We also work with recycled performance blends, hemp, bamboo viscose and modal. Two caveats worth knowing: GOTS limits synthetic content in certified products, with a higher allowance for stretch categories like leggings and sportswear — so cotton-rich stretch pieces can qualify while polyester-based performance knits with no organic fibre cannot; and bamboo-derived fabric must legally be labelled "viscose from bamboo" rather than "bamboo" in the US. we'll tell you which pieces in a range can carry a certified claim and which can't, before your labels are printed.

Always, and we won't start bulk without it. You receive a physical garment to check fit, fabric hand-feel, colour and finish in person — not a photo. Most first samples need at least one round of changes, which is normal rather than a sign anything has gone wrong. Once you approve it, that piece becomes the sealed sample: the physical reference every production unit is checked against, so the last piece off the line matches the one you signed off. Sampling typically takes 10–15 days and is usually charged separately from bulk production; the cost is confirmed in your quote before you commit.

Yes — worldwide DDP (delivered duty paid). That means import duty, customs clearance and freight are all included in the price we quote and handled by us, so you receive one landed cost rather than separate bills arriving after the goods land. This is worth checking when you compare manufacturers: many quote FOB, which covers the goods only as far as the port of origin, with duty, brokerage and inland delivery invoiced separately later. An FOB number looks lower on paper and often isn't once everything is added. Ask any supplier which incoterm they're quoting before comparing prices.

Roughly 40–50 days from approved sample to delivery for a standard run. That's about 10–15 days sampling, 20–25 days bulk production, then quality control and DDP shipping. Larger volumes take longer, and we'll give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one. The most common cause of delay isn't the factory — it's waiting on decisions from the brand side, typically sample feedback, fabric colour sign-off, or final label artwork. If you're working to a hard launch date, tell us at the beginning and we'll say plainly whether it's achievable instead of agreeing and missing it.

Through the sealed sample and staged photography. The approved sample is kept as the physical benchmark and production is checked against it rather than against a written spec, which removes most of the room for interpretation. During the run we send photos at each stage — fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing — so anything drifting gets caught while it's still correctable rather than after the full quantity is made. For larger orders we can apply AQL inspection standards (the statistical sampling method used across the industry) and our free AQL calculator shows how the sample sizes and accept/reject limits actually work, so you can specify the inspection level you want rather than accepting whatever's offered.

Both, and the 100-piece minimum exists specifically so new brands can work with us. A significant part of what we do is first production runs for founders who've never manufactured before and don't have a tech pack, industry contacts, or a large budget. You don't need to arrive prepared — we build the spec with you. Equally, we run full bulk and wholesale volumes for established labels, and because it's the same factory and the same sealed-sample process, brands that start at 100 pieces can scale into thousands without changing supplier or losing consistency, which is usually the painful part of outgrowing a first manufacturer.
