This Privacy Policy explains how Collective Studio Ltd(“Collective Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit collectivestudioltd.com(the “Site”) or contact us. By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
Collective Studio is a family-run knitwear manufacturer with a head office in Narayanganj, Bangladesh, and a branch office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@collectivestudioltd.com.
What information we collect
- Information you give us.When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share — such as your brand or company, country, the products you’re interested in, quantities, timelines, and your project brief.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data — such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site — through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes, samples, and information you request.
- To communicate with you about your project or order.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how it’s used.
- To protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We use Google Analyticsto understand how visitors use the Site. It sets cookies and collects usage data in an aggregated form. We may also use advertising/measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag if and when we run campaigns. Who we share information with
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed:
- Resend — delivers contact-form enquiries to our inbox by email.
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) — hosts our email. The enquiries you send us are stored in mailboxes located in Switzerland and protected under Swiss data-protection law.
- Our website hosting provider — to operate and serve the Site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
International transfers
We operate across Bangladesh and the Netherlands and use service providers based in other countries, including the United States and the EU. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers. Notably, the enquiry emails you send us are stored in Switzerland with our email provider, Infomaniak, and are protected under Swiss data-protection law— a framework Switzerland and the EU recognise as providing a high, adequate standard of privacy protection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and to manage our relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; to object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@collectivestudioltd.com. If you’re in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
