When you send us designs, sketches, tech packs, logos, briefs, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to produce your order. You remain responsible for ensuring your products and branding are lawful.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, photographs, and the Collective Studio name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
